Due to an elevator outage at Westlake Center Mall, Seattle Center Monorail will not have elevator access at Westlake Station during the following windows of time:
- Friday, August 5 from 7:30am-10am and 7-11pm
- Saturday, August 6 from 8:30-10am and 7-11pm
- Sunday, August 7 from 8:30am-11am and 7-11pm
- Monday, August 8 from 7:30am-10am and 7-11pm
During the above windows of time, the Monorail will be unable to accommodate passengers who require an elevator. The 5th Avenue stairwell and Mall retail escalators will remain available during monorail hours of operation. Alternate public transportation is available via King County Metro #3 and #4 bus which travels between downtown and Seattle Center.
