Omah Lay, Fireboy DML, and Odumodublvck to Headline Third Annual Afrobeats Festival in Seattle

SEATTLE, WA — Seattle’s premier Afrobeats music festival, BLASTFEST, is back for its highly anticipated third year on Saturday, July 19, at Seattle Center’s Fisher Pavilion. This year’s lineup is stacked with some of the genre’s hottest global stars, including Omah Lay, Grammy-nominated artists Fireboy DML and Odumodublvck, with support from legends like Wande Coal, South African hitmaker Daliwonga, Ghanaian rising star Moliy, and festival founder BLAST himself.

“What started as a dream to bring Afrobeats to Seattle has now grown into a movement,” said Bobby ‘BLAST’ Akinboro, CEO and Founder of BLASTFEST. “Year three marks a turning point—we’re leveling up the experience, the lineup, and the impact. We’re not just throwing a festival; we’re building a cultural bridge between Africa and the Pacific Northwest.”

BLASTFEST continues to celebrate the richness of African music with a diverse soundscape—from classic Afrobeats and Amapiano to rising sub-genres that reflect the global evolution of the culture.

Beyond the beats, attendees can expect:
• A vibrant all-ages viewing lawn
• A 21+ VIP lounge
• Expansive indoor-outdoor beer garden
• Interactive brand activations
• A Small business marketplace
• Curated local food vendors and more
