For the first time in Seattle history, six towering 100-foot-tall hot air balloons will glow beneath the Space Needle, and you’re invited to witness the magic.

Join us for Seattle Ballooning’s Hot Air Balloon Spectacular, a FREE unforgettable evening happening Sunday, June 22, at dusk on the International Fountain Lawn at Seattle Center.

As the sun sets, six massive hot air balloons will inflate and fire their burners in sync, transforming into glowing giants that light up the night sky. It’s bold. It’s beautiful. And it’s never been done before in downtown Seattle.

Perfect for families, photographers, date nights, and anyone chasing that once-in-a-lifetime moment.

Event schedule:

7:30pm – 9:00pm
Arrive early, grab food from the Armory at Seattle Center,
and claim your viewing spot

9:00pm – 9:10pm
Balloon inflation begins

9:10pm – 10:10pm
The Glow: synchronized burner show illuminating the fabric
beneath the stars and the Space Needle!
