Seattle Center is seeking a qualified café operator to lease and operate a coffee and light food concept in the Armory Food & Event Hall—one of the most active and visible locations on campus.
Located at the heart of Seattle Center’s 74-acre campus, the Armory serves as a daily gathering space for residents, workers, students, families, and visitors, as well as a central hub for major events, festivals, and performances. With more than 11 million visits annually across campus, this location offers strong daily traffic and significant event-driven demand.
This opportunity is being offered through a Targeted Operator Selection Process, allowing Seattle Center to engage directly with qualified operators while maintaining a transparent and competitive review.

The Space
The available café space is located near the Armory’s main South Entrance along Thomas Street and is largely move-in ready, with minimal tenant improvements anticipated. The selected operator will provide any specialty equipment required for their concept.
