Seattle Center Festál Announces 2025 Schedule with Exciting New Addition

SEATTLE – Seattle Center Festál returns for its 28th year in 2025, offering more dynamic celebrations of Seattle’s cultural richness with the addition of A Day in Punjab to its vibrant lineup. Produced by Seattle Center in partnership with community-based organizations, this cherished series now features 25 free, family-friendly events, each showcasing the unique traditions and contemporary expressions of the region’s diverse cultural communities.

“We are so excited to host A Day in Punjab because it’s the only event that allows the Sikh and Punjabi community to share their culture with other communities,” said Manjot Kaur, President of Sevadar. “This celebration honors our heritage and inspires future generations to embrace and take pride in their roots. We look forward to seeing everyone come together and experience the hospitality, service, and joy that defines the spirit of Punjab.”

Each Festál event features a mix of traditional and modern music, dance, art, crafts, food, and interactive experiences. From marking the seasons to celebrating cultural milestones, the festivals highlight the beauty and diversity of Seattle’s heritage while fostering understanding and connection among its residents.

“Seattle Center Festál is at the heart of what makes our city so special,” said Seattle Center Director Marshall Foster. “It’s a celebration of the world brought together right here in Seattle, and we are honored to support this series for another year. We’re especially excited that A Day in Punjab will become a formal part of our Festál lineup.”

In 2024, over 400,000 attendees enjoyed Festál events, immersing themselves in activities ranging from performances to hands-on workshops. The 2025 season promises even more opportunities for learning, engagement, and joy as Festál continues to unite Seattle’s many communities in celebration of culture and tradition.
