April 24: The Vera Project & Artist Home Present “Live From Our Living Rooms”

Join The Vera Project & Artist Home on April 24th for Live from our Living Rooms, a virtual benefit concert to support Washington’s DIY Community. Featuring a telethon-style mix of music, art, educational workshops, and guest speakers, 100% of proceeds will go toward sustaining young people and community centers disproportionately impacted by COVID-19, with a special focus on those that do not qualify for formal institutional support.

In solidarity with our coalition of 25+ Pacific Northwest DIY spaces, we hope to raise at least $25,000 to keep community-driven music and art alive in the Pacific Northwest.

The DIY Community Relief Fund is a collaborative fundraising effort by Seattle nonprofits, small businesses, and artists to save vital music and arts community spaces that have been disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 in Washington and beyond. 100% of all proceeds support our most beloved unconventional venues and the gig & production workers that make them possible, a majority of which do not qualify for formal means of institutional support.

The Vera Project makes popular music and art accessible to people of all ages. All too often live music is restricted to adults, and affordable music-based education and creative spaces are rare. Vera fills this void through all-ages concerts, classes and community building. We rely on your support to keep our doors open and our programming affordable for the tens of thousands who come to Vera each year.

Vera is an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit, so all donations are tax-deductible.
The Vera Project tax ID is 31-1816016.
