Seattle Center Winterfest 2009 offers a four-day series of classical, jazz and choral performances by some of the best of Washington’s collegiate dance and music-makers, Nov. 30 – Dec. 3.

Winterfest Dec. 4 – 6

This second weekend of Seattle Center Winterfest, Dec. 4 – 6, offers a highly entertaining mix of music, dance and comedy. All performances are free and open to the public.

Theater Commons at Seattle Center

A new project to green and beautify a Seattle Center entry point at the north end of the campus will begin this month. Theater Commons, a first phase project of the Seattle Center Century 21 Master Plan, will occupy an area that has served as a parking area between the Seattle Repertory and Intiman Theatres, adding 1.5 acres of open space as a final step in the long-term process of consolidating parking in garages around the campus.
